    Till 2009, Sector 120 was supposed to be institutional.

    The above was vouched by Amrapali Platinum marketing folks when I went there to inquire about Platinum project.

    They were boasting that huge IT/ITES complex would come up in sector 120 as per the mater plan 2011.

    Sapphire may end up as EWS in case amrapali goes bust.

    also this map you posted is from which year. there is no stamp etc. there is a water tank next to sapphire, this map doesnt show like that, should the water tank brought down now.

    Point Number 8:

    As regards Sector 137, the land use as per Master Plan – 2021 was residential. But the Board on 10.06.2008 decided to change the land use from residential to institutional, for which approval of the Government was sought and the same was granted on 19.09.2008. Subsequently, the Board, in its meeting held on 28.05.2009, decided to restore the land use from institutional to residential. Approval of the Government was sought by way of letter dated 03.07.2009 and in anticipation of approval, the Scheme in question was launched which included plot no.137.

    Great information. Do you have any information reg. land use of sector 120? As sanjeev already given some information but when this Land Use took place for sector 120.

    Just read news reports in HT. yesterday protest was a damp squib!!. Farmers of 7X sectors just have "one demand"- they should be given their plots under 5% abadi". Noida authority has given plots only to those farmers who did no unauthorized constuction on their land(around 30%) rest 70% farmers are still awaiting for their plots. This case is entirely different from NE where farmers had not even accepted the money being offered by GNIDA. So please stop spreading unnecassary panic and also BMW can't afford any other mess in NOIDA so all those who have bought flats in 7X relax there is no need to listen to rumors and get panicky.

    wo sub theek hai ram barose ji. But morning darpan ata hai I mean newspaper uska kya. wo deta hai khabar and todays 7x pey santipurn dharna kisano ka aur some person from Authority had gone over (for what? If NA is ok why compromise)there to meet these farmers, Kishano ney usko bhaga diya aur uski nahi suni. They are talking about what you said 5% quota land and comp. for there land which they soldout to NA.

  • anybody can demand anything, that doesn't mean that they will get it. the issue is do they have any standing in court to get acquisition canceled. These dharna, padarshan don't mean a thing, just some vella people with lots of free time looking for more money. There wasn't a single dharna in NE before HC started canceling acquisition by authority.farmers there didn't do any dhranas. they knew that there are lots of irregularities by authority and they went to court and fought their case silently. so don't worry about these dharnas and find out if any court cases have been filed on sector 7x land and their status.

    I think Ram bharose has given the right information..There seems to be no problem in noida 7x.NA has not alloted the plots to those farmers who have done some unauthorised construction on the land and for this the talks are going on.

    Today the protest was only in JP area where JP was blocking a road what farmers were using and did'nt want it to be blocked. it was not related to the main issue.


    Please keep updating the information about 7x.
