Hi Gents,
KLJ has launched its commerical project in Noida sector 62 around mid 2010. This is at plot adjacent to 3C Boulevard,which is already operation with many mnc's since last few yrs. There are three towers, tower A and B having big offices, whereas tower C small office spaces from 550 sq ft to 2000 sq ft(I think).The office spaces were launched at 3750/ sq ft, which are currently 4750/ sq ft. This It park also has retail space on ground floor. Now, the rates look tempting if we look at the locality and future potential.Has anyone invested in this project ? Kindly share the experience. Also, what all points should be taken care of while buying an commerical office space e.g sublease agreement etc

  • Spoke to dealer. Asking price is 4750/sqft. Additional 250/sqft charges+parking charges.

    Yes absolutely,location is anyways very prime as its adjacent to 3C Boulevard which is fully operational with mnc's like NSN,Accenture,Sapient and many more. Also few blocks ahead is DLF IT park where mnc CSC has major operations. With metro being already approved for sec-62 and widening of NH-24 in future will make accessibility to this area much more faster and smoother.

      Hi I guess we have been cheated. Noida one seems to be an unending project by KLJ, the biggest fraud company

    all I can say about noida one is that KLJ has been successfully able to cheat all the customers as it has been ongoing project since 2010 and even after 7 years the project doesn't look to end and no scope of possession at least in coming two years seems reality.

  • oh this project...its next to my office.....work is going on for so many years...never ending!..........but i see some work or the other going on...atleast there is labour at the site...which is a big thing in Noida these days:)

  • Yes project is going on but neverending. But I think all the buyers of commercial property at noida one needs to assemble / join and take the issue forward with yogiji.
