Logix Zest Sector 143 has stopped booking -

Last booking done at bsp 2990.

Brokers say that next opening will be in the range of 3500 around

    Logix (like other builders) are playing moves ...

    Have closed Blosson greens & county ... have re-opened Zest & going full on for Neo-world..

    Logix is having lot of internal problems with all project, don't invest in it

  • i had visited that area in around Oct,

    at that time:
    Sikka project - nothing happening
    Logix Greens - around 4floors were constructed in 2-3towers, construction in full swing
    Logix Zest - Excavation & foundation work was on in 2-3towers,


    One of my team members plans to visit the area this week as he intends to buy in Zest, tab aur pata chal jaayega,

  • Sir thanks for ur update . I Hav purchased 1 bhk IN LOGIX ZEST and have received the demand letter for casting of foundation. my tower is SAT III . due date is 5th jan-2012.

  • Sir BSP Rs 2990 psf with 3% discount plus other charges of Rs 390/- plus Car parking of Rs 2,50,000 and club membership of Rs 1,00,000 and plc of park facing and seventh floor .

    Total cost came to around Rs 4100 (all inclusive . ) . Now all other charges are same except logix has increased the BSP to RS 3490 /- .

    At price of Rs 4100 all inclusive pl suggest whether its a good deal from investment point of view. I will be taking home loan from HDFC also. Its size is 470 sqft -1bhk flat.

  • very good investment ... but from 2990 bsp .. the all incl rate came out to be 4100 all incl ... quite a huge extra charge they are taking it seems. :)

    but yeah very good project from investment point of view

    Me too have a Studio in SAT3, booked in Oct .. at same at urs,
    Next demand letter is for 5th Jan ( at PCC)

    I had assumed that they mite build at a slower pace so as to ease me with CLP payment but Logix seem to be full-on speed in terms of construction pace,

    Mine is my first & only investment in Noida (since i live in Gzb & just started working for last 2yrs)

    When i had gone last time to their office in Sec16, i met another guy from Real estate company Jones Lang Lasalle, who along with 6other colleagues had booked in Studio aprtments in 11th floor -- ( Big boost up since I hope a MNC real estate Company ke people know much more us..)

    2 of my colleagues have bookings in Zest ( 1 has studio on 15th SAT3 & another a 2BHK)

    I m hopeful for this project to give good results from investment point of view..

    P.S - What i have got to know that Logix have increased Studio towers from 4 earlier to 8-10 now, means Studio are in demand

    Just my PoV, Sec137 County mite have better returns than Sec143 in coming days... major construction going in sec137,

    3-4years mein Sec143 will be very good too..;)

  • Sir yes i think studios are in great demand due to rental return u can expect from them. Yes they have increased the no. of towers for studio appts. because its selling in good no.s.
