Quality and economical commercial space and great infrastructure is proving to be attractive to companies

Will the successful execution of the Formula 1 event drive several corporates to Noida, which is fast emerging as the next best costeffective commercial destination? Several developers are gearing to meet the demand for quality commercial spaces in this city located close to Delhi.

Besides the IT sector, companies dealing with consulting services, financial services, banking office operations, accountancy back offices, power sector companies, not to mention those in the education sector, have now all decided to make a beeline for Noida.

The reasons are threefold: perception and security fears are slowly being dispelled, availability of quality office space at economical prices and good connectivity and infrastructure.

3Cs has launched two commercial projects in Noida: Delhi One in Sector-16B, and the other called Ozone Boulevard in sector 98, Noida.

According to Brijesh Bhanot, senior vice president, sales and marketing, 3C Company, “Most buildings in Noida were till now only IT buildings, but now many commercial structures are coming up in the area. Many corporates currently operating out of Gurgaon have shown interest. One may see many FMCG and Indian conglomerates shifting to Noida,“ he says.

The Jaypee group has launched Jaypee Chambers, modern highrise business towers designed by worldrenowned architectural firm HOK-New York. This will be part of the Jaypee business district spread across 43.29 acres. “The company is in talks with several MNCs, Indian business houses and small and medium scale companies,“ says Prem Prakash, senior vice president, Jaypee Greens.

Supertech has launched Supernova, a mixed-use development, spread over an area of 17 acres. “We have received inquiries from many companies in the IT and hospitality trade and some from the field of education,“ says R K Arora, CMD, Supertech.

As of now, this news is the part of advertisement only by Noida builders. Real picture will get depicted only after 5 years when these commercial spaces are available as RTM.

Totally..agree with Veeru Dada..without jobs...no infrastructure or living area is great....Its better for the economy of whole region...

I really wish noida authority brings the commercial space just like we have DLF Cyber City in Gurgaon...where in apprx 15 buidlings..2.5 lac ppl work..and all the best MNC's..whether..IT,consulting,Finance,banking.etc are present in that area...Pvt metro already in construction, shuttle service...27*7 working environ ment..with less seciruti concerns is what is needed in Noida...

Noida future depends on the success of the Expressway commercials. And Noida desperately need a state govt who will; be an ally of the central government. Central support is must.

After residential buildings, Noida to have high-rise business towers

After residential sky-scrappers, the city is set to witness business towers growing vertically. After putting Greater Noida on global map with the organisation of India’s maiden grand prix, the Jaypee Group will soon launch its first-ever business towers in Noida. These towers are part of central business development at Wish Town township spread over 1,162 acres on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

“The project will have multiple levels of parking, including mechanised parking bays, to handle up to 850 vehicles concurrently. It has been designed by Hellmuth, Obata & Kassa-baum firm of New York,” said an official.

Early this month, Supertech unveiled its plan to build a 80-floor mixed-use tower (Spira) in Sector 94. The project will also have business centres. This came after the realty major, in March, launched a 255-metre-tall and 60-floor residential tower named North Eye in Sector 74.

And it’s not only about residential and business centre development. Jaypee is also building a sports complex spread over 15 acres, adjacent to a golf course. The complex has a soccer field, a cricket stadium, three basket ball and three volley ball courts, six lawn tennis synthetic and two lawn tennis clay courts.

The Indoor facilities include badminton, squash, table tennis, billiards, pool and snooker, chess and carom, a multi level fitness centre, yoga & aerobics units.

Technically, Noida has a better chance to attract businesses however politically, Gurgaon scored over Noida.

Any sane business would always love to distribute it's risk and would look for alternate options nearby. And you never know when the option becomes primary and your primary becomes option.

GGN near to Airport may or may not be a real factor ... if you know, train station ke paas wale log hi train miss kar te hain.

Yes, and then there are these kind of articles that talk about commercials coming to Noida. Commercials could be coming to Noida, but not at 3c for anytime soon.
