    The location of the project is absolutely fantastic. However, the reputation of the builder is eqully and absolutely fraud and chor. We are a group of 10K people who booked the plot in their project Wave City NH-24 in the year 2005 and till today the builder is only giving verbal allotment to majority of people. What is more unethical, the priority list was kicked brashly by whoever paid more money. There has been next to nothing development in the area in last 7 years. To add salt to injury, we believe the land is not 100% legally acquired as there are many court cases against the builder.

    So my advice to anyone booking with this chor builder would be to atleast visit below yahoo group site and feel for yourself what it means looking eagerly to get allotment for 7 years after having paid 30%of money.

  • WAVE CITY seems a network of educated and cash rich people who will market the product very well, the customer with 100 rs in pocket will b made to dream of a product worth 500 rs, he will invest and will get stuck inbetween to realize he cant pay anymore and resale will be only on huge loss. The product worth 100 rs will be sold at 500 rs as they are a group of manipulators. Small investors will have to pay a huge price if they invest in this.

    9000 rs psf for a serviced apart that comes in 4 years time, its too overpriced but they are smart sellers, will sell n move forward, only investor will cry later.

    Sco plots : all hype, no real takers, just bulk investors trying to hard sell..

    Builder has a product worth 100 Rs, he tells bulk buyers, buy it from me at 400 and resell for 500 Rs, bulk buyer is happy making 100 rs on sale, with or without realising that he is making builder earn 300 on each effort/ sale done by him. He is getting alll investors trapped due to his greed.

    Bulk investors have no choice as builder has huge money n huge inventory to sell, they depepend on him for a living and in turn get the little investors trapped.

    No harm in investing in it as long as you come out after some time after your small profit ( if u are able to sell ! )

  • Most interesting thing : for selling waves, people seem to be trained for selling KANGHIS to GANJAS .. Hahaha...The sellers are too smart , they will make you dream as if the project will b ready in few months...and they are no ordinary sellers, they are rich people with good buying capacity who have no option but to sell as they have invested/commited certain amount of money.

    Buying a property from chor builder but at a good location like Wave City Centre is like pursueing a very beautiful, bold and rich girl that would soon turn out to be high class prostit*. The buyer would be busy with nice dreams that he wouldn't know where all the money has gone.
    In any case this thread/ new threads would again get active from Monday when office time marketting guys will resume work from 10 AM.

  • I would personally advice to stay away from anything to do with the name WAVE, I was reading about the background of the builder and it happens to be Mr Ponty Chadha, who I have heard controls most of the liqour trade in UP and is backed very well by Mayawati..So you can decide if you want a liqour baron of UP with a blessing of the UP CM to have your money... or would you want to sleep on your money :D

    Ponty Chadha is not only liquor barron in UP but also in Punjab. Just check this news item where the news of this Ponty is coming alongwith DP Yadav.

    I now fully understand why Gujjus don't like buying shares of liquor companies/ meat company.

    Kuch bhi kaho iss Chadha ne hamaari chaddi utaar di.

    If something goes wrong with these projects then there will be no hearing or sunwai ....... Because they carry govt in their pockets.

    Small investors should away from this liquor mafia's projects.

    thanks to all guys...it was a real eye opener for WAVE PROJECTS....Will never ever think of investing in dis group....but one thing is for sure if by chance the project comes up in 10-15yrs the location would gonna rock....

    I think, these guys have neither the intention nor the engineering capability to really deliver anything. Ever

    The whole game is to collect initial money as deposite (enough to fund their land purchases) and then do nothing. Wait for 10 years for land prices to go up because of organic growth (with no contibuttion from them) and then sell out....

    Looking at what they have done to their investors in Wave City in Gzb, you can be rest assured that you will be soon banging your heads on a wall... (IF they build that wall :D)

    For being one person after a looo...oong time who asked a question, got replies and took a decision.

    I'm so tired of people asking same questions again and again and dragging the issue till no decision in sight. Every one here is talking about "return kitna milgega", "achcha hai bura hai" "should buy or not". Now i know why people loose money in RE. they are destined to given their nature and aversion to any ground work.


    Heartiest congratulations for arriving a very good decision. Don't invest in this project. My aunt had investing capacity of 1 Cr and we discussed this project. I just shown her one ad of this project, explained and she took a decision to not to invest in this project. I didn't anything abt "ponty they". What i pointed in the ad was that they were selling "studio apartments" to public and would complete first phase by 2015. Can you imagine this guy and project, its is supposed to be HUUUGE office/commercial project and what is he selling....studio apartment. If this guy really wanted to build this project he would have just started construction and his aim should have been to earn rentals from companies like DLF cyber city. But this fellow is selling "studio appts" (small size so that many people can buy") like any other fly by night builder.

    Please stay away, extremely risky.
    BTW did you have a look at wave one near metro, sec-18.
