  • dont know about developer but prices are rs 12,000 for offices spaces and sizes i guess from 800to 3000 sqft.

    12k is expensive.. 3C's delhi 1 last i checked was available at arnd 10k which may be a better option considering the brand value and four seasons hotel comin up in one of the towers...

  • do these kind of projects worth investing where a hotel is also coming up like 3c one or world trade tower or bptp capital city or shd go for only office spaces like in sector 128 to like 133.only for investment point of view,whose projects will get good rent?

    The sellers confirm independent lockable units with sizes of 800 sq ft super area & above. Efficiency is about 55%(carpet to super area).

    Can you give an optimum size of carpet area for an independent lockable unit where tenants have rental paying capacity of Rs.100 per sq.feet alongwith maintenance fee of Rs.15-20 Rs/sq.feet.

    Delhi One is bigger at 12.5 acres. WTT is about 2.5 acres.
