    Hi,

    Yesterday, I visited to see LOGIX ZEST site. And I am thinking to buy 875 SQ Ft flat. Inventory is available on 1st floor. From dealer I am getting 4% discount on 3490 BSP. Let me know what is the future of Logix ZEST. I heard that SAAS has purchased huge land to setup is office. FNG very near. Please advice.

            SAAS (Software as a service). It is a IT company. Many It companies will be shifting on express way.. I think in future (4-5 Years) property on express way will be costly. What you think? Friends let me know if you have any idea about any other good project.

                  Dealer discount is 3% to 3.5% on BSP 3490. As I heard that very soon the rate will be hike.

                    Simplex Infrastructure is the contractor for Logix Zest.

                    Can anybody kindly throw light on the following:

                    (i) allotment of plot no GH-02 (Zest plot) to Logix group by Noida authority
                    (ii) lease deed between noida and Logix group for plot GH-02, sector 143
                    (iii) Change in land use from commercial to residential for sec-143 from 2021 master plan to 2031 plan
