    Have you noticed one thing. Members who suggest Jaypee have Negative reputation (I am talking about Red dot which shows Reputation points). Even Including mine as well.
    People not only criticize them but also rate them negative if anyone suggest Japyee.
    I personally fee Japyee and 3C are the best option in Noida now. It will take around 6months-1year to change people’s perception due to previous delay in Jaypee’s projects.

Finally i dicided to go for a reouted brand (followed my heart) but not to fall in price trap. Delay ka koi mai baap nahi hai. Timely delivery galati se kabhi kabhi ho jaati hai.. But I remember what my grand father used to say "Mahanga roye ek baar sasta roye bar bar".

    Do a small exercise.
