What do you think senior like zohaib, cookie, commoner, prakash if wave commercials are worth investing in this or is it useless for 2 years time period. I can sell a property to invest in waves if it look good buy but everbody seem saying wave is unreliable. I think if ponty spend so much money he will try make a good product but people think opposite. My broker say it is too expensive and no much rise for five year. What you guide ?

  • 30% payment has gone for Wave One ....no further demand as of now as the rest is CLP which I am sure is delayed.....

Booking was done at 11500 minus the discount which ranged from 2-3%
Location is good...no idea about appreciation etc as the resale will happen only once 45% payment is done and that is when the market will decide the rate .....

  • Strange, I posted 2 new threads yesterday regarding ponty chadha and both have disappeared.

Is there any indication of deal between Ponty and SP? Wave Silver Tower is fully ready but still not operational. Yet to receive completion certificate...
