Everyday we come across adverts for different proejct on different medias: newspapers, radio, tv.

Which ones are worst advertisemtns you have come across for Noida/GN/NE proejcts.

I'll start by sharing three of personal most hated radio adverts ever.

1. Kaamna greens radio ad------WTF tag line they have...tackiest advert ever on radio....melodramatic flimy music playing in the background.....seems like 3 idiots raju's black n white home scene...

2. Ansal megapolis radio ad------one can even hear sound of water when they mention A LAKE at this proejct which is actually WETLAND for migratory birds...stupiest ad ever

3. Some proejct with 10 ft above the ground...landscape podium I guess...shit*y ad

Feel free list more........

Good observation... Gurgaon RE proejcts are lapped up by investors standing in queue whereas in Noida maximum porjects are MIG projects which require ads. to sell. and differentiate from clutter.

Gurgaon RE guys normally advertise in English dailies and you'll hardly find more than 2-3 ads from GGn guys that too during launch only.

Imagine there is no area as bad location in GGN these days... anything and everything is being sold........gadha godha sab barabar be it DEXp, Sohna, Manesar etc etc.

  • Sikka add is one of worst considering they have not done much work and sitting on buyers money.

  • Places which have no buyers have to go to advertisement for sale. Greater Noida/ extension/ YEA is such an example. Gurgaon does not need big hoardings or advertisements for sale.

When Supply exceeds Demand, builders are forced to revert to these options. Sad but True!

  • Its kind of a thumb rule ( arguably), If a Add is going for long time it is mostly a flot project or it has bad name for itself in public dealing and now want to compensate it with major add campaign.

  • And not to forget - Gulshan Ikebana - 'Its not an address; its a statement'. How can a typical MIG with 125 flats per acre be a statement? If anything, it can only be a pathetic statement. If Gulshan ikebana would be a statement, 3C Lotus 300 would be a 'paragraph'; Wave City Center a 'Book' and Jaypee Greens a 'Library'.

Like your sense of humor Mr. Stffler. Very much like the original stiffler. Glad that the language is in control and crudity is something you don't rely upon.

Good one boss, ikebana seems a pathetic statement, it is too overcrowded.

Not entirely correct. Who says gurgaon builders don't have ads or hoardings? I have myself seen so many on my way to work in gurgaon. And yes, the hoardings by these gurgaon builders are big too.
