- Sector 137 will be the most developed sector on expressway within 3 years..
It has 10-12 builders n construction is going full throttle...
It is near to proposed metro stn.

- i would suggest yamuna expressway is a better option if you are looking for investment, invest in ajnara project because at present their prices are at intial stage and they are placed at international location, on the other hand paras will take another two years to get complete.CommentQuote1Flag

1st to 4th 4440
5th to 8th 4440
9th to 12th 4360
13th to 16th 4320
17th to 28th 4300
The deal breaker ( as it seems to me) is :
1. Lease Rent:Rs.100/- psf
2. IFMS:Rs.50/- psf
4. Service tax ( as applicable)
5. Landscape PLC: Rs.50/- psf
