Hello guys,
I recieved a call from my broker yesterday about a new project to be launches in Sector 75 by Panchsheel.

Anyone heard of this project ...

The rates seem to be good as compared to other projects in that area...

3600 all inclusive but the minimum flat size is around 1300-1400 sqft..

    Gulshan homes is also launching new project in sector-143 on Expressway I guess at the same rate. "Gulshan" is better than "panchsheel".

    I was told 3600 is only BSP. And minimum size is 1495. This was told to me 2 weeks back.

    The specification is above average.

  • Development looks to be going on very slow in Sector 75, as compared to near by sectors.... only AMG projects started after a big delay... none of the AMG sublease are registered yet.... no development on site by any other FSI holders... projects like JM Soli, IndoSam, Solaris, eHomes etc was announced more then a year ago none started till now.

    Seniors please advice, about the future of Sec-75 and this expected new launch...
