    This thread includes options in Ghaziabad and greater noida with 1 year waiting time.

    I have said I can wait for 3 years also I am only looking for noida. I can book in pre lanch or fresh project which are about to start.

        This tread seems to go in wrong direction.

        Please suggest...Any new RD property under 35L (all inclusive) in Noida only. Waiting time is 3-4 years.

          Bro..
          Stay away from JP and Unitech projects... I would suggest you look for 2BHK in resale in other section 7x project or 137 sector

            To kismein karein bhai ye dohi to dhang ke builders hain noida mein... jinke MIG group flats bhi hai baki sabhi MIG builders NOIDA based hain aur unke kya hal hain apko bhi pta hai,.

                    I have researched extensively in Noida & ghaziabad in the last few months before i booked my property in Prteek Wisteria Sector 77 Noida..

                    Even my budget was upto 35 , lekin mujhe barana para..

                    30-35L mein there could be the following options in Noida and ghaziabad area :

                    Option 1: Front side Builder flat in indirapuram (not in Gyan Khand or Niti Khand) 800sft (carpet jst 600sft) 30L

                    Option 2: Society under construction flat on NH24 (near hindon) 30L

                    Option 3; crossing republic( I dont like the location to maine zyada RND nahi ki) 30L
                    Option 4: RNE (1-2 yr posession) 30L 3BHK

                    Option 5: resale flat Unihome1 (700sft) possession in 1 yr hopefully 33L

                    Option 6 : resale flat in supertech capetown (930sft) posession in 3yrs or maybe more.. 35 tak mil jana chaiye

                    Option 7: look for other resale flats in 7x, expressway region..(agar mota paisa hai downpayment ke liye , black compnd 10L ) 35L approx

                    abhi yehi yaad aa rahi hain
