    Tough choice. Both are having good connectivity with Delhi after elevated road from sector 61 to Viswa bharti. However, from cleo county to elevated road there is traffic but after underpass on uflex crossing it will ease out. In long term connectivity from Sec 137 will improve further with new bridges on Yamuna and FNG expressway, if it is completed finally.Cleo county is isolated project sorrunded by plots and villas, whereas PRP is sorrunded by high rise societies. I have not seen but as per public feedback quality of purvanchal is beetr than other builders except few like ATS. Sector 137 is slightly crowded but has metro station just in front, If I have to make choice, I will go for PRP 137.

    From Rental point of view, I think Cleo county will be better as limited good options in that area for sector 62 & 63 offices; but it will not be a huge diffrence from Sec 137 rentals.

      cleo county is close to the beautiful all new waste to power plant proposed by Noida authority and vehemently opposed by general public.

    Expressway rates would only go up in future. Though sector 137 is quite crowded, but that also means there is demand for this location.

  • Sector 137 best for rent as well as buying purpose. sector 137 near by metro station or sector 62, 63 or noida expressway are near buy. That's why i choose Purvanchal Royal Park Noida.
