Hello all!

I have shortlisted following options for investment purpose ...under CLP plan ( 40-40-30)

# Saha Meghdutam Encore in Noida ext- 1795sqft-3bhk

# Cleo County sector 120- 1827sq ft -3bhk

# Ats Le Grandoise sector 150- 1800sqft -3 bhk



So please suggest which option is a best in all ways concerned.( wether to move in/ resell/ rent IN 3-4 years down the line)

  • Under Construction is very risky deal and moreover when you have hell lot of RTM option available in Noida. Better to go for RTM (with good construction quality) not more than 4k PSF. If it is more than 4K, it will take long to give you good return. Negotiate as Hard as possible.

      I am looking for 3 BHK around 1700 sqft, cant find even at Rs 5000 per sqft IA, I have shortlisted Gulshan Ikebana, Exotica Fresco, Purvanchal Royal Park, all are above 85 Lakhs, My budget including possession charges is Rs 85 Lakhs, Please suggest some
