do anyone know if there is any issue in registration of endorsed flat where first buyer has endorsed all the documents in my name as he didnt had the registry done and now i want to the registry. is it fine and noida authority dont have any issue with it. please help

      Yes please help me. Builder is ready to get the registry done but now registrar office is having objection in this.
  • I dont think sale / transfer of a property by way of endorsement is proper or legal way. Registration Authority may be right in objecting.

      but now i have done all the payments , TDS etc in the name of the seller. so how this can help.
