Dear all, i am planning to buy a apartment in 143 Noida , after down payment and loan amount ,my flat cost will be around 1.5 CR ( Including Maintenance) after completing twenty years of tentenure. Currently cost is around seventy lakhs . Is this worth? Can i sell it after twenttwenty years and get the same money even if i don't look for profit.
