Is it necessary for the buyer and seller to be present to submit TM form at GNIDA office? Or a broker can submit the TM form on behalf of them?

Hello Friend,In my case I went there with seller , quite a time back . But ,it is momentous occasion , you must be present there will be my advice, Don't rely on broker . Though, you can get the work through Power of attorney in proxy .Note: What are charges now for TM and registry there ?good luck
