Floor not yet approved, PAN OASIS, Sector 70, Noida

  • Floor not yet approved, PAN OASIS, Sector 70, Noida

    Hi,

    I have booked flat 6 month ago in S tower at floor 19th. Right now builder is
    saying that the floor is not yet approved.

    Just wanted to check that how many of you have booked flat on 19th, 20th & 21st
    floors and getting same message from builder ?

    How many floors in S Block?

    Do you have any idea how many floors builder is selling in S block.

    I Booked a flat in S block in 2010 Jan and at that time PAN said there will be 18floors. Now surprisingly they are selling more floors than committed. Are they increasing number lifts as well?

      Bad part from builder..Chandra ji might know about this..taking on light note he is Ambassador of this project on IREF..

          This is cheating nothing else........ask your builder to state the same on email or in writing(which obiviouly he won't)........thru RTI get approved projects layouts from Noida Authority and drag builder to consumer forum immediately that he sold you an unapproved unit.

          Sue the pants of your builder.

            KumarSaurabh: Right now in Phase II, builder already sold flats up to 22 floors.
            Ram.bharose: Builder said that the NFR get increased due to which he is authorized to increased the floors. He already submitted new map to Authority for approval for which he is saying that the map get approved by end of April. In the mean time they will not demand any money as bank will not fund till the time map get approved and submitted to bank.
            I am going to wait till end of April, after that definitely going to take some action

                Safety of the Building

                Just a query.......Builder got certain floors approved and started construction on the same, basement and foundation of the building would have been layed out based on certain number of floors now due xyz reasons builder has decided to add more floors what can be said about the strength and safety of such building.

                Point to Ponder.....please take a judicious call on your investment. All the Best

                  You are right Ram Bharose......this is highly risky and people staying in the building will be literally on Ram Bharose.

                  You can never trust these builders....for money shake they can do anything and everything.

                  If you ask the builder, he will give gol matol answers. Will never show or share the designs and the evidence that the increased floors has not compromised with the safety of the structure.

                  For future safety, the flat owners may obtain detailed plans/ designs, original as well revised, from Noida authority using the RTI and then get the plans examined by some experts with reference to actual construction.
