I am looking for investment on Noida expressway with NO EMI option for 1/2 BHk flat. Can u pls suggest some project.

  • NO EMI till possession is little difficult. I have not heard before, i might have missed.
    But NO EMI for 2 years is possible. There are subvention schemes in JP Projects. But I'll never suggest such schemes to opt for.

  • I have seen very few builders offering no emi till possession as most of the times its no emi for 2 years which is extremely dangerous.
    JP offers No emi for 2 years for its few projects (like kosmos), but again people are suffering due to delays..

    Manish : We have already replied on your other thread where you stated ur budget is 24-25 lack against a need of 1 BHK !!!

    Has the situation changed buddy ?

    What is the area u r targeting ... E way or 7X, 11X, 12X ?
