Greater faridabad is the best option.

Gurgaon ---> Already not affordable. Only for politicians and celebrities

Noida -----> Noida will also not remain affordable after 2 years.

Greater Faridabad -----> Development in this area is just started. Everyone can afford here. you can get 2 BHK flat in 25 lakhs very easily.
you can get minimum 100% return after 3 years

After 3 year this area can give you minimum 100% return.

  • I read that the house will be provided by Governement. In that case Gurgaon hands down.
The only reason why I'd prefer Noida over Gurgaon is the cost of apartments. If one can afford both then definetly Gurgaon.

    Reason:
    - Quite a lot of IT, financial and BPO jobs (and the main reason because jobs is what bring prosperity to a place - why GN has not really picked up)
    - Closer to Industrial hub of Manesar and Dharuveda.
    - Some very good schools, malls and hospitals
    - Important Roads - NH8, GCex and probably DEW in future.
    - Closer to South Delhi and Dwarka (most affluent places)

Noida is not far behind, but I feel it's going to be jungle of concrete - too crowded. 100 flats per acre is just too much. Far of GGN makes more sense. It is good for people who cannot afford Gurgaon and so second option
