    No towers are shown in the master plan , most probably it will have some sport facilities.

    If you are talking about Krescent court then its a good investment. has appreciated consistently since June 2012.

    Yes this is just behind PC 5-9 and PH 2-3. Its all cleared now. A small portion just behind PH3 is temporarily occupied by JP workers.

    Very true.

    And so are some other examples...in varying degrees may be, like bank loan contracts...the language in the agreements written is such that the lender is doing you a big favour and you are selling yourself to him for taking the loan and he has all the over riding rights to do anything, should you fail in your obligations therein.

    Much, as you said, in the same way are builders' contracts..as if they are doing you a big favour by giving you a flat...and you have no option in the world but to buy from him at his price and terms. Unfortunate but true.
