Any idea what could come up to the right of Orchards (Near A1/B1)? The Arcop plan mentions "Integrated School" .Originally Posted by dineshsays

And a pic of what was the disputed area a month before - all clear and fenced in now
Nice pics Dinesh.. I am sure you are going to have an amazing view when you move in to your apt and it would continue to grow better as WT takes shape .. What are towers at the far end of the golf course in Kalypso pics .. Is it Pavilion Court .. ?CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by AjayKumar1Hi Dinesh, Thanks for the awesome thoughts on WishTown. Appreciate this.

Yes - I did see the school being mentioned there. But I wouldn't be that sure - they already have a school and though schools are big business here - they may well end up building more apartments there - whatever suits them financially.
Truth is I dont know - but at this point I dont think JP does either (obviously I could be wrong)CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by ecstasyNice pics Dinesh.. Thanks!
Yes - the more ready towers on the top right of the pictures are Pavilion Court

Dekh ke 50:50 laga dost - looks more like Jan/Feb - but you never knowCommentQuote0Flag - I have been looking at brochures of WT projects and i find that Seismic zone compliance for the construction hasn't been mentioned.
Is there any other source of information which states earthquake preparedness of construction?CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by dineshsaysDekh ke 50:50 laga dost - looks more like Jan/Feb - but you never know
Even feb,2014 should be fine. Just eager to see how it is going to impact on WT noida price. Several inferior and old projects of noida commanding a price of 10K. So expected kalypso will touch to that level on possession which will boost the price of all GC projects.CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by rahulkumar12Even feb,2014 should be fine. I doubt you see a huge bump up - I have reset any expectations of significant price increases in WT to 2014 late - when and if the township moves towards liveability. Jab tak - 1-2 towers I doubt will make a huge dent.
Really if I was an investor in WT - I would close my eyes, do something else in life and come back to evaluate in one year (all things equal - i.e. current pace is maintained, macro-economic issues dont crop up etc)CommentQuote1Flag - Originally Posted by boomerI have been looking at brochures of WT projects and i find that Seismic zone compliance for the construction hasn't been mentioned.

Use RTI with builder, to show the details you are looking for.
Brochures may indicate many things which could change in futureCommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by boomerI have been looking at brochures of WT projects and i find that Seismic zone compliance for the construction hasn't been mentioned.

While Seismic Zone construction involves various construction aspects - amongst the most important is the actual foundation.
JP is amongst the very few in Noida (I know Prateek Efifice is the other - must me some more) - to use deep pile foundation - deep piles driven underground, resting or supporting a pile cap or raft
While piles themselves are not foolproof, however these are amongst the best (and most expensive) current techniques we have.
Other aspects are using correct RCC column/beam structure - with the right mix/quality of concrete and steel - while we need a full examination to know this - however most of what I've seen looks goodCommentQuote0Flag - Saha Amadeus is using pilingCommentQuote0Flag
- Which is the correct floor plan of Jaypee Kube 3 BHK?
(a) 3 BHK UNIT | Home NCR
OR
(b) Jaypee Greens
Interestingly, if I Zoom the siteplan (http://www.homencr.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/02/kube.gif) then it matches the floor plan in (a).
This has confused me if what is the right floor plan.
The size of rooms in floor plan (a) is tad smaller than size of rooms in floor plan (b). Is there anyway to verify from Jaypee what is the correct floor plan?CommentQuote0Flag - I read in the newspaper about a U tun being sanctioned on Mahamaya flyover which will be benefit sector 128 and adjoining sectors in a big way... wonder when the plan moves to... on the ground progress...CommentQuote1Flag
