What do you guys think about Jaypee Greens Wishtown - NOIDA? Is this a good time to buy? Is Wishtown a good investment?

    absolutely good for Jaypee as builder and WishTown as location.

    good credible builder will definitely improve the sentiments, attraction of peoples towards this location. Customer will see price appreciation as well if couple of more projects from good builders like ATS, DLF come which can change the game in next 4-5 years period.

    only thing is new projects will require more time

    That oxymoron would be a global first!!

    Hahaha....just extending the roof height by a couple of feet and lo and behold an apartment is a villa .... in the air...with a view.

  • Jaypee was intended to be an integral township but now land sold here and there and having unplanned development is NOT good for township in long run spl. For end users

    Even in GC side there areat least 2 land banks remaining which were planned to be launched by jayper in long run..but dont know now

    A top.class location once again screwed by builders of Naveda

    2500 Sq.ft 3 bhk at 7500 which will take min. 5 Yrs to complete and will eventually becomr 2700 sq.ft and average.construction.from a builder like mahagun is a big no.

    Yeh ghaziabad ke builder floor waley builder kaheen na kaheen apni audetey dikha hi dete hain.

    Hig segment inkey bas ka nahin

  • Where exactly is the location of upcoming Mahagun project inside Wishtown ??? Wishtown now with multiple builders is another Indirapuram / Crossing Republic in making ...How i wish i had chosen Golf Course road Gurgaon over Noida for settling down way back in 2002....kaash !!! galti ho gayi yaar :( and now its impossible to undo the irreversible damage..too little too late !!!

    Infact way back in 2002 at least for end user point of view..very good residential options were there...of course not compared to Golf course road in Gurgaon

    I clearly remember the rates back then in GC road Gurgaon....as i was involved in RE business in that region also back then

    DLF Low Rise G+3 Independant floors very close to DT mall..was just 23-24 Lakhs..Almost Rtm...3bhk with front and rear lawn

    That was the Approx price of a 3 Bhk in Noida sector 50 or 93 launches back then


    Noida has No future and will continue to fall apart....its just a milking cow for U.P netas and babus ...thats all


    One can make out from the class of builders that are proactive in this region and the kind of projects that are getting launched

    Its just going to be a Jamuna paar extension....with U.P tag in future
