I think you should definitely read your BBA, I feel max increase would be restricted to 10%. But I suggest do not delay and go for registry. This is important to create your legal right on the flat. In the current scenario the banks are forcing JP to sell their revenue generating assets to companies that can service the loans. It is possible that the UC flats are also pledged to banks and they will move swiftly to lay claim to the same, they always have higher status in hierarchy.

  • Thanks dineshsays; ! I went to CRM today along with original copy of their letter and met Mr. Pandey. He is agreed that area increase should not be more then 10% and asked me to send them e-mail along with scan copy of pre possession letter.. I guess even that 10% binding is also applicable on resale transaction.

  • However this forum has become too negative. Thanks to the vested interest in numbers...

So not too motivated to present the case anymore.

Move a little and visit Wish town

But here psychic few r hell bent to support their mai baaps..

People don't get disillusioned and shake a little to c reality...

    Over n out...

  • Folks - just FYI - there is now too much rush for registries at JP. After buying stamp papers and submitting docs - one is getting a registry date of mid April

    Pls plan accordingly.

    My date is end March*

  • This is a good symptom. It means a lot of people are getting their flats registered. Wishtown is slowly but surely coming on track.

  • Yaar baat to aise Kar rahe ho jaise ki everything is all good. Fine you have your possession and we are happy for you. But for a moment think of someone like us who are stuck and are expected to be stuck for very long there. We can't sell we can't rent we can't live there. What do you expect except negativity or frustration??

No - all is not good for sure. There have been too many delays - but SIGNIFICANT deliveries have started and the quality, maintenance and upkeep has been pretty good.

There is reason to look forward to the future while keeping a look out on the financial condition for sure.

For WT buyers we must keep hoping the company sells and sells fast.
