Jaypee is on main location of expressway and if it complete, it will only help region

I was travel on expressway yesterday also and i see same thing, From start of Expressway I see many unconstruct building from supertech, bptp, and then Jaypee for 2-3kms, no complete projects

the Commercial buildings which are operation also look very ordinary, not like gurgaon where see building like abroad

Advant looks very superb and end of expressway ATS pristine looks Amazing

Its very important for jaypee to complete its projects so noida expressway start looking very well occupy and modern

Because Projects on expressway are seperate by many kms, i think people get feeling its not occupy and isolate, once jaypee will complete, it will bring big plus to the image of the region

I wish jaypee buyers all best

jaypee kalypso and imperial ...already look amazing

  • Guys... is JP stalling transfer due to RERA compliance? I met a buyer who has not received his transfer papers even after a 45 days from transfer execution. Please share your views.

You conveniently forgot to mention the villages and ancient temples and mosques that will have to be relocated.

Btw, both GVK and GMR are heavily indebted and trying to reduce and restructure their debt. If either of them gets into this unviable airport, they will be the next JP.

No company would like to see the Jewar airport fail more than GMR since they have made massive investments in Delhi airport under the assumption that they will operate a monopoly.

Did you even read that story before you posted it ? It clearly states that airport will replace an older airport, not compete against one.

Also it if clearly stated that GMR is not deploying assets but only partnering with a Greek company to provide project management services. It is very different from the business model in the Delhi, and, presumably, Jewar, airport.

Bankruptcy वल बब U presume too early..... I. Infrastructure sector has again become far more lucrative n attracting large amount of capital
New airport will replace old one.... Here in delhi New one will added to existing one because older one exhaust its capacity..... There is far more optimism n growth itself in this statement 😃😃😃😃😁😂
