Hi,

I am looking for a residential property in Hindon Vihar/ Shatabdi Vihar Sector-49, NOIDA.

Just have doubt on these points:-

1. Is this society is government/authority approved?
2. How secure is this investment?
3. What is the future prospect of this area?

Let me know detail about this area/society

    Hi All ,
    I am also looking for a builder floor in sector 49 Shatabdi Vihar.
    I am mainly concerned about security in this area.All senior members need to your help on this.Also loan is available from GIC Housing finance in this area. As per my brocker the society is registered in Lucknow and land is freehold in this area.
    Is there any leagel issue in this area.
