Hi All,

Please Advice. I am planning to invest in 1 BR on expressway due to limited budget( inital downpayment). The purpose of this investment will be that after 3 year or so when possession happens then I can sell it off and buy 2 BR flat RTM in noida Extension or Crossing or any developed area with some more lumpsum + loan.

Rightnow budget 20-25 ( 20%-80%).

    is it then that the price has not moved up since july 2012.

    on 9th feb 2013 visted zest..getting at 3200 plus 390 plus 100 plus 100 i.e. 3790 AI..its around 18.5 lakh.

    i have my doubts....resale is around 3500-3600
