Could anybody suggest if the Residential Plots available in Sector 68, 119, 120, 121, 122 & 123 in Noida are approved or not?
& also is it worth to buy those plots available with 100 & 200 sq. yards size?

  • I will suggest to stay away from JP plots bcoz construction speed will be slow there than NA sector's plot. You can see either sector 105, sector 122 or sector 72/71 for a 112 sq mtr plot. Every sector has their pros and cons. End of the day, its your money so visit the location and decide.

    Sector - 105 : It is near exp way so good location but not much construction.
    Sector - 122 : Some construction is there but last corner of the Noida.
    Sector - 72 : Good location, near metro station and good construction but near a village.

    So visit the sector and share your experience too.
