  • This is Bandra Ohm building architected by James Law Cybertecture but I am not sure if it is already built, i think it is only planned to be built in Mumbai......

well pool cleaning would be an issue isn't it? and also you need to be a braveheart to dive in this pool...what if the pool railing screw is loose ;)

    1. Supertech's Quality
    2. GK-II price
    3. Greater Noida connectivity
    4. Ghaziabad cleanliness.
    5. Delhi's unregistered colony like 'legal' documents

  • Well, closer home - Unitech Grande was concieved on some similar lines - we all know what happened thereafter, things nosedived into the plunge pools

Some recovery is happening there though - couple of towers have come up nicely

Grande is now called UGCC (Unitech Golf and Country Club) - Aqua and Terra were cancelled - they would have really livened up the city scape.

Currently 3 projects are on in UGCC

Amber and Burgundy are high end apartments

    Willows are gated plots

No recomendation to buy or not - just dont follow UGCC much and financial condition of Unitech makes it tricky.

The few towers and Golf Course has come out very well

Not a fan of supertech quality

Will be a hit project if launched by DLF, Jaypee or ATS and shape remains the same... looks matter

Difficult to say - Jaypee has something for everyone, UGCC is essentially luxury focussed and smaller. Purely from a site plan, space utilisation, location etc UGCC is more luxury - but overall Jaypee is not behind and from a completion, scale, quality, amenities and delivery standpoint Jaypee is ahead

  • I visited UGCC few months back...it was really awesome...though construction wasnt at full swing but few twoers were almost 80-90% complete

Unitech is sitting on goldmine...once Mr Chandra gets out of 2G chakker...he will be able to fecth some good value from these GF facing properties

Till then let JP do the hardwork of increasing Noida rates for luxury segment
