I am not anymore available in NCR/Delhi. But would like to know how is Noida property market, its hot or boiling or subcooled?

I understand NCR is all a different ball game. But here at Baroda, market is quite "Thanda" and property prices are lying at the same rates from last few quarters... and brokers expecting that this will continue for longer. I started searching here a duplex (new constructions), same is available in the range of 50-60 lacs (900 sqft plot and superbuilt up area ~2000 sqft), a 4BHK (duplex) on Baroda-Ahmedabad expressway. Its possession is soon in Mar-2013

Another RTM project is at 70 lacs.

If Noida property market grows in near future, same shall be really helpful me in getting out of the loan b4 new purchase (with min. loan).

    aage aur bhi badhega .. RTM is gold in india .. wo toh ek dum se high price maarega !!

    3C is also started giving possession in LB. But I don't see prices shall anyway cross 6.5K in a years time and max. shall be 7K in future also. Hence, I am thinking to move out when near RTM and buy a duplex here... but yahaan ek problem hai ki.. investment ke liye small units are ok 20-25 lacs (max.) because not many property deals happen here...

    why don't you take all payments in white if it has been 3 years since you signed BBA ? and invest the rest in residential in your city to avail long term capital gain.

    LChand, could you educate me which project in Noida has offered possession + registration in last 6 months ?

    I have not witnessed personally but heard Amrapali Sapphire & Mahagun Moderne were near to possession before LB.

  • I think you maybe meant Mahagun Maple in Sector-50. Moderne is in Sec-78 and far away from possession.

    Maybe some Maple resident (not a frustrated soul) can point out if the registry is happening. I dont believe in builders giving possession without registry like Omaxe and all.:)

  • I think if 3C can't provide registry to end users in next 6 months, that could be serious dampener for people thinking to invest in Noida as political instability would force at least investors to move out of this region.

  • We are talking about possession, not registration ...huh registration would happened when one gets the possession letter ..
    By the I have been hearing and seeing Ads LB RTM since Dec2011...

    3C ka naam aaya nahi,kuch log tapak padte hai with all armed..:D
