    5k for sector 150 is not justified at all...sector 143 me fir bhi socha jaa sakta tha..but not in sec 150
    I would say price should not be greater than 4k all inclusive,....

    current price is 3000 /ft in CPL . around 2 to 3 km away from 150 sector..

    why to put your hard earned money in ATS, sector -150, is not justified at all. since jaypee aman is also below 2800 /ft.

  • Not even 4500/- is justified in sector-143. If they bring in sector-150 that would be flop show for sure. As it took four five years to sell their greater noida project and I won't be surprised if still you find something directly from builder in G.noida project. I think 4000/- dp for 143 and 3500/- for 150 would click anything else jsut won't sell...

  • justified to rates all over noida nahin hain....does it matter ?? Noida expressway is 5k from 3k in 18 months....any justification?? Property brand name se bikti hai Ncr main.....some brands Define a location....Ats is one of them. Remove ats from sector 93 ..and no one will bother to talk about this sector. if its bang on expressway...at 5k its a good price. PS: Meri class ki jaane do....check if your project has sub 1200 sq.ft flats....if yes....you will know yourself what I meant....This is Noida...not new york West UP hai yeh....builder ke brochures aur reality main bahut farq hai.

    Naam mein hai 500 and prroperty tumko 5000 psf ki chahiye ... chahe ATS 3500 mein beche tum 5000 mein hee khareedoge .. uske baad tumko 1800 se chhote flat nahin chahiye so that you can maintain your so call HIGH class .. bhai agar itna hee gooda hai aur itni hee pyar hai ATS se to ja ker seedhe ready to move le lo ATS vilklage mein yeh prelauch ke chakkar mein kyun perte ho ..

    4K in sector 150, which is almost Greater noida is really on a much higher side.....in the same sector JP Aman is around 3K.....

    and btw what about much hyped ATS launching in sector 143....

  • Its better to buy 3 flats in pre launch and sell them at premium after 30-40% payment...rather than buying 1 ats village and looking for buyer !!! rahi baat cattle class ki...jisko padke log emotional ho rahey hain.... We can discuss it...once people start living in 8 flats per floor...25 storey buildings ....tab baat karenege....extra time milega logon ko (waiting for lift, parking, line to use gym, etc etc) he he he he and in ncr...property dealing is done by brand name....and ats is best in noida...no one is remotely close. Sector 150 for Ats...6k is high prIce 5k is fully justifies 4k is a steal

    If you think 5k in sector 150 is acceptable then how much would you price a ATS flat if they "launch" in readily habitable place like sec 93/100/104/110 today??? 8k at least i am sure..
    Then how much would you price an almost ready hamlet today??? 12k ????
    But even ATS village aint at 12k today....

    So i think your expected pricing model is flawed..

    I will guess 3.5k DP launch with 4-5 yr for completion ( as its a 20 acres project ,so i will guess it will be phase wise launched)
