Another good project coming in sector 144 noida and this time it is from Unnati Fortune group. They have come up with IT Offices and residential (Villas & luxary flats).

After Bhasin's MIST it will be another addin for sector 143 noida.

    what's about sector-150 then? :D if sector-143/144 is over-hyped...

    sector 150 toh super hyped hai bhaiya :D
    yaar 10 min ki drive hai pari chowk tak from 143 sec .. faltu mein 143 ko future hot spot kehne lage log .. i fail to understand why anything which has "noida" tag is hot and anything which has "greater noida" tag is ghost town ! :bab (38):

    Its just perception about Greater noida.


    Sector-143/144 located exactly in the mid Of Noida-Greater Noida.All SEZ are coming up nearby only. that's why we think this location is promising. I do believe it is ..in long term.

    haan yaar investment point of view se badhiya hai .. but what i was saying that for end user (residential) .. even greater noida is not bad considering its just 10-15 mins away from sec 143 :)

  • trialsurvey, please start analysing why GN failed..am adding couple of points..i think NCR regions like ggn, noida, faridabad, ghaziabad were touching delhi whereas main sonipat and GN are some distance away (Metro easy to connect, bus services etc)...plus GN was a new city in UP...investors from Delhi and Haryana would have been skeptical in the start and then recession n all and after that it kind of stagnated (though good roads, F1, YEW etc, am not against GN)...finally it is a different authority and aam junta seem to hv more faith on NA and Noida region in general

    Dear any property bought for end use has its own set of benefits as per the user while anythng bought for investment purpose wil never earn satisfaction as one will always thnk for profits/ loss.Anyways going by sustainable increase in inflation rate and petrol products,people will always tend to save money if their job location is delhi/ gurgaon.Hence, Sec 143 has an edge odrwise dont worry about d quality n open space area as all buiders have their own game plan to make quick money without considerng people's problems.This is perhaps because of no regulations in real estate market.We perhaps might try to act collectively thru this forum to shield us against any mishappenings by builders but with adequate uniqueness and accountability as brokers and buIlder agents wil try to negate this.Any opinion regarding this is welcome.

  • Why sector 18 (atta market) in noida so famous.... cose it has lot of offices.. commercials... same applies to sector 143...
    sector 143 will be next sector 18 in noida....
