Sunshine Group of Helios fame is launching a project called Solaris, in sector 79
It is part of 150 acres sports city envisioned by NA couple of years ago.

6 acres plot - 6 towers - 325 - 350 flats.
Sizes of 1300 SqFt / 1500 SqFt / 2100 SqFt / 2400 SqFt / 3000 SqFt.
Launch price of 3900/ SqFt CLP and 3200/ SqFt DP in around 3 months time.
Pre-launch discounts extra.

I had invested in its pre-pre-launch assuming a plot in sector 143. Now I (along with a group of ~30 friends) am backing out. No way that we will buy anything in sector 150, even at 2500/ SqFt.

I like the builder and their 1st project Helios, but I think they are making a big mistake by entering sector 150. I hope it does not impact their earlier projects in sectors 78 and 94.

    Same with my friends, they say they will also wait for 143 sunshine project but now decided not to put money in 150. That's too at 3900..

    ATS has also launched new project in sec 150 , so better to invest in ATS in case anyone plan in sec 150 , rather than sunshine

    3000 sqft flat:bab (59): in sector 150, It would be second commercial for them ;-)

    Even I ask the same question ....

    rates of Pruvanchal in sector-v of Gteater Noida has 3200 psft rate. which is even high density project.
