  • Trend is changing it seems

Recently, this month I noticed few people offline and online who are buying IT office spaces with assured return. What is going on? I am invested in residential, otherwise I am itching to buy me a piece also.

Buying shops and office space need more analysis as compare to residential.
Risk is more, same way returns. Choosing right location is most important.
            BTW, who is going offline-online?

Just in this month talked with few people who are investing in IT spaces with assured returns. I have known the concept from past. But just wondering, if people are buying these IT offices with assured return schemes for some specific reason. Is, US, UK or other countries sending more IT jobs to India ?

              What is happening ?

Still Noida Sec 63 is not occupied fully. There is talks going on for expressway sec will get more IT offices but even i would like to understand how? Till now Gurgoan has all the cream.
With Owama win again in US, there is going to more cut on outsourcing.

Sector-63 lost its sheen .......... no corporate is interested much..because SEZ are located on expressway.

Just do comparative study.. how many MNCs moved to Expressway and sectors-63 in last 2 years to get fair idea.

In the next one year you will see more Companies moving to Expressway that too in mid of Noida-Greater expressway I am sure about this.
                  Thanks

Sec-63 does not demand only on MNCs. It has banks, local industries, IT, Car showrooms ,Car servicing, Newspapers offices etc and good commercial shops. Still there is lot of construction going on to build new offices.
