Seniors suggest ,

I want to invest somewhere around 65-70 lac, so far explored 2 options

1) Verona heights 1655 sqft
PROS :
Location
Bigger size
as per broker will give higher returns in next 5 year
Cons
34 floors
GN famers or other ongoing issues.

2) sunworld vanalika/ 3 c boulevard 1405 sqft
PROS
construction started , quality is good, good location
CONS
Price is high, may not give good return in next 4-5 year as prices are already very high .

I am leaning towards 2nd options as its safe bet .. , let me know guys as I am new to real estate investment and open for your all suggestions

    are u not aware that greater noida west is under dispute and cases are pending in supreme court ..... returns will be high but with high blood pressure, high tension and high disappointment

    buy any where dont put your money in gr noida west and that too with sharma geeeeeeeeeee

    on a more serious note it depends on many factors ... for buying in resale in Noida one would need very big cash component ... so for people who dont have this cash coloured component, they have no option but to look to GNW

    and i must say in terms of location Verona Heights is one of the best in GNW

    regarding 34 floors and amrapali construction quality ... yes that is definitely a concern

    this is also a good suggestion provided one is ok to travel long distances daily.

    specially in case work place is in noida expressway then RTM gnoida option is pretty sensible i wud say

    Please help me as well.

    I search existing posts but didn't get any latest/recent information for RTM Greater Noida.

    I am looking for a 1 BHK RTM in Greater Noida which is close to Sec. 144 (my office).
    My purpose is to save 11 K rent which I pay as of now. My budget is 25L. I have Gulshan Ikebana but it will take 3-4 years to get residential.

    its hard to get any 1bhk move in flat of private builders in gr noida...if you wish then u may try gr noida authority flats,but they are only 40 sqyards & would cost around 17 lakh

    spoke with Verona heights broker , he said all cases are settled , is it true ?,and which all supreme cases are pending .?

    seniors please you suggest good projects in Noida ? in 65-70 range (new not resale ones)

    bhai broker ke hisaab se toh even in 2011 before NCRPB approval also everything was settled !! broker ki baaton pe mat jao ... apni akal lagao

    waise it would be interesting to know if the farmers who have appealed in SC are againt amrapali plots as well or not

    anyone have any idea abt farmers of which villages have gone to SC ?

    yes sir,
    some have already gone to supreme court, some will go to supreme court after decision and then none will be left, as greater noida authority will be broke..another mahabalipuram by sharmagee, gulsan gee,arora gee in making , this i repeat will be mahabalipuram not fathepur sekri

  • If its your first purchase and for end use, consider ONLY RTM and be happy! GNW is for who have high risk appetite and can wait/fight through uncertain times.

  • one of the better options suggested repeatedly is buying plots if one is not 100% sure of future use as u get to own a piece of land directly which has anyday better appreciation and selling is also relatively quicker plus with passage of time the amount of added constrn. one can do on a plot also increases.

    so wud suggest u to also look at plot options in main greater noida.

    Todays Ridge residency

    both looks equally good.

    its a big investment for me so again want to ask you guys one more time , what do you guys suggest , do you see any negative on any of these .

    I would advice to invest in gurgaon and live peacefully.
