Hi Guys,

I was wondering why Gurgaon property is expensive than Noida. Despite considering following facts supports noida.

1. Infrastructure
2. Connectivity : Metro + DTC Buses
3. Good IT Companies.

Is this just because of UP tag. or Noida will get some boom in coming years as big players like Jaypee has invested a lot.

    Yes, do think about that :D.

    God give long life to Arora family but after seeing Ponty's episode.. inorganic growth of these builders is painful for investors for sure..

    i think he was referring to two points :)

    1. Lower size flats availability is not there in GGN hence rates are generally high
    2. FAR is high in Noida hence lower rates

    1 Airport
    2 FRA ,GGN have 1.75 FRA and noida have 2.75
    menas x area in GGN have 175 flat(same size) and x area in Noida have 275 flat (same size)
    due to this FRA plot r moreexpensive in noida (3L to 4 L meter in sec 15A) as compare to GGN (1.5L to 2 yard in DLF)
    noida plot have more super area as compare to ggn plot

    Gurgaon is extension of south delhi and noida is extension of Jamuna par dilli where working class people have been living...
