  • Gaur 79 DP price was 3500 bsp and now flexi open at 4600 (after discount) and after few days of launch it will touch 5000/-

    1540 sqft flat will give approx 22 23 lacs ..if and if..its clean launched and resale happen.

    The price 4500-4800/- is for resale in budget housing project of average builders. Also full value of apartment is to be paid immediately means all downpayment. You can not get this rate for good builders like Prateek or Mahagun. We inquired Prateek & Mahagun in resale first. The prices comes to around 5200-5400/- all inclusive with some more charges like Dealer fees etc. Mahagun Mezzaria is around 5800-6200/- in resale.

    5K+ for time linked for Gaur and that too delivery after a good 4 years. Where is noida RE heading? Quite dislike the deal. My thought process would have been to spend similar amount of money and buy in near RTM like Prateek, Sethi and others. May be psf rate would be on a bit higher side but at least there is very little risk involved.
    Anyways, your money. Best of luck for No ifs No buts.

  • Agree. This is super expensive and Noida market is becoming like Gurgaon....where new launch in Gurgaon are not below 8K. Genuine people are disappointed and Investors are getting hard time to exit....resale is so slow as brokers are calling even 3 months old inquiry....
