  • Me also has stopped payment of cheques given. The price I booked in appear high. I am waiting for the prices come down. In this price this project can be a big flop. Underwriters & investors definitly are going to suffer loss.

    Bhai 6 flat nahi book karaye the. Hum 4 doston ne book karaye they. Par ab samajh aa raha hai ki prices are high. Anyway am searching for other project or more negotiation.

    Dear Rajay, I'm sure you are quoting price by dealer , mostly dealer gives this catchy price but when it comes to on table discussion buyer will not give 3800-4000 in resale. Realty is no buyers in market and mostly all are investors and still many inventries are unsold

    I think you've taken a good decision, I do not see anything in this project which justify it "Ultra Luxury " project. I'll share this with my friend who is likely to invest in this project

    Booked after checking all the documents. Hope the rates are justified considering the architect Hafeez contractor, Developer Gaur Sons, Ultra Luxury project & inside sportscity.
    One more factor was the rates of pre launch budget housing project "Amrapali Crystal homes" in the same area. The rates are 5100 all inclusive in Amrapali.

    Any comments from the real estate veterans??????

  • I have given a check with 5000 AI price; now they say sir we can give 5164.

    So I asked my check now they are saying sir aap toh naraj ho gaye 5000 ho jayega.

    But due to this bab behavior I have decided not to go with netAmbit for any deal in future, will suggest you people also to bargain hard else they will ditch US.

    in two day
    4600 + blah blah blah = 5700+

    after 4 days even lesser blah blah
    5500+

    now even lesser blah blah and price 5000+

    do not get catched ; I have just visited the site; you will say 4800 + is not worth if spec is right.....
    i think all play is still with investors + builder + broker nexus ; end eusers beware keep cool buy for end use dont fray with amazing promises and u will get delivery after 4+ years in case project is not delayed; and who says all hyped Golf course flies away in those 4 -5 years.
