Finally we six friends got booked Today. We booked in all inclusive deal as below:
24th floor: 5164/-with park PLC & 5064/-without park
2nd floor: 5414/-with park PLC & 5314/-without park
24th floor: 5017/-with park PLC & 4917/-without park
2nd floor: 5267/-with park PLC & 5167/-without park
Booked after checking all the documents. Hope the rates are justified considering the architect Hafeez contractor, Developer Gaur Sons, Ultra Luxury project & inside sportscity.
One more factor was the rates of pre launch budget housing project "Amrapali Crystal homes" in the same area. The rates are 5100 all inclusive in Amrapali.
Any comments from the real estate veterans??????

So I asked my check now they are saying sir aap toh naraj ho gaye 5000 ho jayega.

after 4 days even lesser blah blah
now even lesser blah blah and price 5000+
do not get catched ; I have just visited the site; you will say 4800 + is not worth if spec is right.....
i think all play is still with investors + builder + broker nexus ; end eusers beware keep cool buy for end use dont fray with amazing promises and u will get delivery after 4+ years in case project is not delayed; and who says all hyped Golf course flies away in those 4 -5 years.CommentQuote0Flag
