    This project has been unnecessarily hyped (from my pov) because of no other new launches from other builders...sec 75 one's are risky...

    As of now Gaur sports wood is also going the DLF Ultima way -

    Rs 5500 apprx in prelaunch
    Rs 5000 apprx after 15 days of prelaunch(loss of 500/- who booked early)
    Rs 4000-4200 apprx likely price at the time of launching considering DP was 3600/-,(flexi is 6-8% higher than DP which comes to 3600*1.08=3888/-,still taken it on the higher side) the payment plans & min 42 months construction period required by the builder .

    DLF Ultima
    Rs 10000 in pre lauch
    Rs 9000 after 15 days of prelaunch
    Rs 7500 at the time of launch (actual prices)

    Not much appreciation in Dlf project in last 2 months & this would also have the same fate as there is not much demand in the market due to uncertain RE market conditions,media hype of RE price correction & expected softening of Home loan interest rates in July .

    I would certainly wait for the Helios launch before finalising anything in this sector....some competition is always good for consumers .:D

  • Helios is a good builder; though only Helios -1 is delivered in 78; but the quality is very good. I hav visited them at 78. construction quality is very good.

  • Real Estate boom is over now. This project is a big example of this. No doubt a good project but looking on prices no buying by endusers as well as investors. In major projects in Noida, prices would remain stagnent for next two years. Gurgaon prices has slashed by 10%. Very less resale happening. Hard time for investors like me. Still underwriter are contacting us for less price in Gaur sportswood.
