    I dont understand is this mrketing gimmick; as I am still getting 4950 - 5000 psf price for 6 - 9 floor 1540 park facing. But I am sticking with my call of 4800 psf; which I feel will soon come with money tightening more builders are going to find it difficult to fund their project; If you have closed the deal no issue njoy If not negotiate again.

    The rates you have quoted is just BSP or all inclusive? If BSP what is AI cost coming?

    Now there is subvention scheme also there with 500 RS costly in bsp....
    I think (to no one of fence) bsp is in the range of 4300- 4500 + extra charges, but as lot of resale inventory available then whether one should go for gaur sports wood or not is personal call (note in 6 months one has to pay 50% money )

    Almost all of them have similar rates (even dasnac have higher quotes) and almost same payment plan ..........

    I want to check/confirm if there is any so called Gold Course next to Gaur (i think it is so called marketing gimmick and nothing else)?as all I know is that next to it is the 3C Land may be for stadium or some sports facility ......Gaur is almost the last Plot of sector 79 (as front will be occupied by C Lal/Prateek/Pancheel)

    Any Idea which is the plot in front of Gaur (next to 45 Meter road) and in the front of Gaur ?

    Booked 5th floor centrak park facing in 5125/sft AI. Not sure, how it is as per other deals available in the market but I overall liked the project so went ahead.

    Is this AI price includes car parking/IFMS/PLC etc ..

    Also what is the payment plan ..

    Did you also considered Sunshine helios in 78 as I think it would be available around 5500-5600 and closer to possession.
