    Wen it is launched in april then launch will happen at 5 k.

    Anyone booked 1370 in shubhkamna at 3500 will b on a profit of 19 Lakh after having invested 8 Lakh...no harm

    But then builder will threaten them n ask for refund saying project delayed etc..Bhole bhale people will take refund n company will eat malai on their money..

    But I think re-sale would not be more than 4000-42000 even if it It opens in apr with 5 k as company would offer 200-300 discount on 5 k even more.. I guess booking was done on 3795 with mac discount of 5% = 3605...

    People who talk like this only mean two things:
    1. Either they are brokers who are just talking senseless stuff..
    2. or greed has gone to very high levels and future of under construction properties is very bleak..
