  • FRIENDS!!! Gaursons have increased the no. of towers from 9 to 12 and the flat area has also been increased by 150 Sq. ft. that too due to increase in the balcony area to the max. extent possible in Gaur Sportswood Project. Now friends old customer who have bought the flats considering the old class of 2700 Sq. ft flats in the society and only 9 towers in 10 acre land have paid the premium prices and are now at Loss. Interesting thing is that Gaursons is clearly denying to send any intimation of the increased balcony area. In this situation as per agreement if Gaur acknowledges the increase in flat area then customer shall have the choice to reject or accept, also in case of rejection Gaursons has to refund with 12% interest. Now considering this Gaursons is planning to intimate this information to existing customer at the end when market prices would be high. This is a post to proliferate to all the old customers and new once that Gaurson is cheating existing customers and would cheat new one also. Please spread this as much as possible.

    Could anyone please help me in finding the pros and cons of Gaur Sportswood and Lotus Greens?
    Considering the reputation, it seems Gaur is better? They have also launched the project.

    On the other hand, Lotus is in pre launch stage, so the price is lesser.

    Can you please guide me about the location / risks involved / possession / deals if any?

  • One of my friend has booked flat in Gaur sports....last year.
    He was telling that area of flat has been increased by 250 sqft and view is no more a golf view as on adjacent plot lotus is constructing its project.

    When he asked for refund...they refused but offered other park facing unit.

    Gaur is not better builder than mahagun but both are more or less in same league..MM would be RTM in next 1 year but this one will take 4+ years..so decide what you want, you want to wait for 4 years..how much is your cash flow..
