  • Yes, The internal work is left. But these ppl are using aluminium shuttering, wherein all the pipes and wires are fitted before construction.
    So i suppose it should take less than the usual amount of time.
    Anyhow, would you suggest any other project(s) in Central/Expressway In Noida.

    I am holding a flat in this project.

    As per my sources Inventory is available in all bigger size, limited inventory in upto 1850. 1 or two tower of bigger size shall be launched in future .

    As per upgrade scheme flat of upto 1850 can be upgraded with 2250 and above on differential of current market price.

    If a person is holding a flat of 1690 , has to pay approx 20 lakh for 2250.

    Price is negotiable, discount on bsp as well as parking can be negotiated.
