    booking Amount 10% rest 85% would be after project bankable (loan) or after 45 / 60 days irrespective of project status ??

    srry..if my understanding is wrong....but I spoke to some one in Gaur only and he said 10% booking amt and rest all has to be self fin as project will be launched in some time....but they would ask for remaining amount irrespective of project status in 2 months....

  • I booked 1540 sft unit in 3585/- per sft in down payment. 3.95Lacs carparking & 25/-psft IFMS is additional. Car parking & IFMS is payable during possession. In DP apartment can be sold after 6 months with no transfer charges.
    As per Gaur people, the project would be launched in Ist week of February with tentative DP rate 4000/- & Flexi rate 4500/- persft. Presently they & some dealers are accepting cheques in DP & alloting the unit number also. A few brokers associated with Gaursons are taking bookings in flexi payment on preferential basis. Booking cheques would be banked during launch after confirmation of customer.
    Gaur is giving no discounts to customers, but discount is available with brokers.

    It is a wonderful deal if every things goes well people who entered today at this price will make great returns in 3-4 year horizon. And gaur is time and tested brand.

  • Brokers typically are in the habit of cutting and pasting from their past projects. No wonder it is exactly like Saundaryam.
    Since the project has not been approved till now therefore there can't be any plan and elevation which can be shared.

  • There will not be any CLP plan and the tentative date of launch is 5th of Feb.

    And that's the biggest worry not having the CLP at the first place similar to Gaur Saundaryam.

    Now near the same project Mahagun and 3C would also be launching their upcoming projects, probably within 2 months or so.
