    I think 3995 is BSP in Down Payment Plan.

    There may be extra charges for PLC, Lease rent, Parking, Electric meter, Powerbackup etc. Total AI may be around 4500 in DP.

  • Hi all, recently i have booked a flat in gaur sportswood.. But what i got according to vastu and all my budget is 19th floor. Never been at such hieghr before.. Thats why very much confused that it will be ok to live.. Or not.. If anyone is currently living on this much height in noida.. Please comment.. The building is of total 20 floor and mine is - 19th

      I have a unit at 24th floor..... Lotus Zing... overlooking Noida expressway... Great view..... Again personal choice....than you must have minimum three lifts in tower.... and ofcourse has to be a reputed builder....

    I heard they have increased the basic to Rs 4495/- from.last sunday, kindly verify at your end.

    I am residing out of NCR and planning to invest in the property(1850 or 1700 sft). As per dealer, this will ready for possession by July/Dec'17. Is this the real picture? Also, he is mentioning that no inventory is available on park facing and middle floors. But looking at the previous posts, they have many unsold inventory. So, what is the catch here?
    Appreciate, if some expert can clarify my doubts?

  • Gaur has many towers launched in different phases and in different phases of construction. Inventory may not be available in towers expected to be completed in 2017. Don't go by posts here. Use your head please.

  • I booked a 1690 sqft Unit in Gaur sportswood last week and i have fixed my budget keeping Service tax as current 4.5% but GST is contemplated to be applicable after 01.07.17 and Tax rate of 12% will be applicable. As i will be doing major chunk of payment after 01 July only i will have to pay 7.5% more tax i.e. around 6-7 Lacs more which exceeds my budget.
    Kindly suggest should i go for canceling my booking?
