      I got fit-out letter from gaur Customer care for sportswood ? Anyone have got the same ? As per them this is after deemed completion ? Someone can highlight what is this ? They are going to offer the possession once I clear all my dues & after then registration will start, please advise.
  • Can anyone give the reviews of gaur Sportswood now? It's ready for possession. I wonder why the price is not as high as other premium societies like cleo County. Is there any problem with Gaur? Or it's maintenance? Or the sector? Because I heard sector 79 is low FAR. One thing I found is the flats have very small kitchen and rooms. But balconies are huge. So only 2280 will have decent size kitchen and store room. Is it worth buying this big house when somewhere else 1800 sqft might suffice.
