  • It is part of sport city but no proposal for sports facilities and sports stadium by Authority but only flats and flats all around..

    Does anyone know only flats:bab (45): would come up in this Sport city or something else also?

    Bank normally finance only construction link plan.

  • If we believe what people have been saying, underwriters picked up the units @4400(BSP)+256(Car Parking) = 4656 AI.

    So there is lot of scope of negotiation. Since the bookings are now controlled by underwriters and not the builder, the discounts may increase in future based upon demand.

    In best possible case, you may be able to buy @4700 AI leaving 44 Rs margin for underwriter. But for sure, underwrites have lot of scope to negotiate here and demand is going to drive this.

    So abhi ke liye tel dekho or tel ki dhaar ..:)

  • Guys I think main concern here is payment plan you may end up paying 50-95% without even start of construction. .I have invested in sk lodds and waiting for launch for more than a year so be careful...

  • I also feel price between 4400 - 4700 psf AI should be price; anything above this is just mockery and trust me there is nothing goign to complete before 4.5 years ; as HC decision is still pending; it something like they got the leaked data to get things cleared. so project start has time and from there completion will take 4 years and so called sector golf course; stadium will follow another 4 years; so be cautious before we deal.
