Hello , There seems to be some Builder (Amend builder developers ) with the project name expressway vatika offering free Hold Plot in Noida in sector 167 in size of 100/200/300 square yards . This land is between mangroli and dostpur mangroli .
Builders claims to have NOC obtained from Noida authority and also some RTI Document Showing the actual ownership of the plot .

They are asking 100 % amount in white money .This provides a crediability to some extent.

There are some set of questions I have For a land acquired by Noida authority but left for abadi land .

(1) Whether the abadi land information is available with Noida authority .

(2) Second is there some rule that Noida authority follows while doing the land acquisition that ensures following

(3) whole parcel of land from a given village/panchyat in considered at once and land left for abadi is considered at once .Also abadi land can be considered as a land free from Autority prespective for ever .

(4) I belive lal dora land can be a prospective piece of land for future acquisistion .

(5) In case some one is doing a plotting in abadi land .Does authority provides any road/sewer connection to those plot .

(6) Does a builder/farmer needs a NOC from authority for plotting in abadi land .
