Pre-launch prices would be in the range of 4800-5200 with high class interiors.

  • Shipra is indeed having a bad name because of indirapuram projects but i think all builders in ipuram have showed poor performance, so did shipra, construction quality and finishing are poor for gaur, amrapali etc aur aab to ats advantage ke bhi complains sunne ko mil rahe hain. I guess ipuram is the ugly duckling, but shipra in eway shall do good justice if its an luxury product.

    New Project - Sector 143, corner plot, part of Logix b.c., along Gulshan Ikebana.

    Tentative details - Luxury Specs ~ 300 flats in ~ 5 acres.

    Size will be 2500 and 3500 sqft, 3 an 4 BD only, finishing with high end interiors like Meghtudam.

    Price 4800-5200/- under down payment or 1 cr. Only DP or 1cr plan avl till launch, launch in 2 months.

    Only for big ticket end users and investors.

    Just check 2500*4800 (BSP) - on top of that there will be other charges as well.

  • 1 cr is the minimum entry / booking amount. This has to be paid in 60 days, balance could be either based on CLP or near possession.

    ALso booking it will be on First come first serve basis.
